Minimize constrained functions with FMINSEARCH or FMINLBFGS, globally or locally

nice, but change line 12 in the testoptimize
clc, rosen = @(x) (1-x(1))^2 + 105*(x(2)-x(1)^2)^2 -6000*sinc(x(2)^2+x(1)^2); % adding local minima.
and you get a local minimume solver as fminsearch is.
This is not helpful conversion utility. I thought I could use it without getting to the detail of knowing ASCII formats for points and line endpoints relative to global coordinate. It would be helpful to have the main .m file. Not sure why you have to use C code. You just read the ASCII file line by line to interpret attributes. For Line you just look for line command and collect value after code (10, 20, 30) and so on.

KEEP is complementary to the "clear" command: it keeps the supplied variables and deletes the rest.
