Can you go over the steps to properly run this function please?! I am still getting error that have been mentioned above in some comments, mainly:
??? Maximum recursion limit of 500 reached. Use set(0,'RecursionLimit',N)
to change the limit. Be aware that exceeding your available stack space can
crash MATLAB and/or your computer.

Error in ==> ekf>create@(x)[x(2);x(3);0.05*x(1)*(x(2)+x(3))]
