one way could be to convert the wave file into a .mat file and use the "from file" block from simulink->sources

you can exchange the random generator with any other source you like as long as the data type does not change. maybe some conversion is needed to fullfil that. if you do this keep track of the data rate too.

please be aware that actual voice transmission as defined in the tetra standard works in a much more complicated way as just sending a binary wave file. tetra uses its own audio codec and so on. look at the tetra standard for details. (ETSI EN 300 392-2 V3.4.1)

do you know how will i be able to convert my wav file so that i can use it as a source to this? as well as to recover the original wav file at the output? thanks a lot in advance.
