Hi David,

I would be happy to help. Can you please either describe your data in more detail or send me an example that triggers this error?

Note that if you set erode_layers too large, you will encounter an error, since only as many layers as exist may be stripped off of the brain image.

Hi Nes,

You're having trouble downloading the brain plots package? You should add a comment to that submission page, not this one. But if you just click the "Download Submission" link and unzip the file you download, all of the .m files should be in the resulting folder. I just re-downloaded that package to verify, and it looks OK to me...

05 May 2014 sanePColor Wrapper for pcolor that behaves similarly to imagesc. Squash OS X Preview's "blurry image" bug! Author: Jeremy Manning Seb Biass

Hey, really cool code. I am trying to input matrices of X and Y to mimic the example of pseudo-polar coordinates shown as an example of the help of pcolor. Is that possible somehow with your code?
Thanks!

Really nicely done function with a hilarious name to avenge for the frustration of using pcolor.

17 Sep 2013 slices Slice a tensor (n-d matrix) along the d^th dimension. Author: Jeremy Manning Lennart

This is almost what I need. I see you implement the usage of a string as indexes. How did you manage to get MatLab to accept the colons? With my implementation it gives an error: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18833203/how-to-slice-array-in-gui-function

10 Sep 2013 Matlab Ipsum Generate filler text using MATLAB. Author: Jeremy Manning Bjorn Gustavsson

Oh, I'm very negative to this, this isn't Cicero - at all!

Now, I've just got to find a reason to use it, not just smile and giggle about it...
