      Ali OZGUL was born 18,11,1980 in Arhavi-Artvin. He graduated from "Ataturk High School" in Arhavi of 1998 and received Civil Engineering of 1999 at the "Blacksea Technical University".Upon graduation, he began mastering thesis "Samsun 19 May University" in 2003.He has main work areas are; finite element analysis and advanced programing, using the object based computer programs (Matlab, Visual Basic), using the symbolic manupulation and calculation programs (Maxima-GPL), artifical intelligence technique for computer algorithms.
