Thanks for this - really useful. Would have given a higher rating if it was built for x64 as well. Also, for some reason stop_client.exe doesn't work for me (and the source crashes if you kill the server).

I've found a way to run this software on Matlab running 64bit.

The trick is to use the line below;

mex sfun_exec_contr.c -lmwlapack -lmwblas

Here we are using the lapack and blas libraries to execute the .C file to generate the .mexw64 file. go ahead and run your model and now it should run like on a 32-bit machine.

Works great in 32bit Matlab, would it be possible to get an update for 64bit Matlab r2012a, to work with 64 bit visual c++ 2010
