Hi guys, I found the input parameter definition. It was hidden in one of the files attached to the original function by Rodriguez. Here is the translation from spanish:
k : maximum number of clusters
L : maximum number of clusters that can be merged at one time
I : maximum number of iterations
ON : threshold of number of samples for cluster elimination
OC : threshold of distance for cluster merging
OS : threshold of standart deviation for cluster splitting
NO : Extra Parameter to automatically answer no to the request to change any parameters (?)
min_dist : minimun distance between a sample and each cluster center. If you don't want to eliminate any sample, give it a high value
There is an error when I try to make a change to cpcorr which is "Error writing cpcorr.m Check if directory is read-only, or has been renamed or deleted." Did anybody know to solve this problem? Thank you in advance.
After running 3D mesh plot of displacement, and deleting markers I then use the 'save validx and valid y' button in the menu. I can save the .dat files, however I get the same error every time I try to open them:
Undefined function 'sum' for input arguments of type 'cell'.
Error in mean (line 30)
y = sum(x,dim)/size(x,dim);
Error in displacement (line 52)
I don't get this error with the original validx and y files. But then I need to re-delete badly tracked markers. Has anyone encountered this?
Thanks for the code
hello, thanks for the code.,
it would be of great help,if you could send the edited copy of the same 'to save the values of displacement vs position'
to following address : firstname.lastname@example.org
