Maybe you can try the following:
1- define no_of_data_points as a multiple of block_size (in this way you don't need do_padding)
2- line 35:
padded_data=data_source;no_of_blocks=block_size;
3- line 101:
pad_chan;bl=block_size;

'clear all, close' is never a sign of quality. Included HTML file is really a briefly commented Matlab script with some output. It may be useful, but it has absolutely no place in the white-papers section.
