Sushma,
minR and maxR are the minimal and maximal radii (in pixels), respectively, of the circles that you want to detect in your image. For the image I provided along with the program, I set minR=20 and maxR=40. If you still have problems, you may want to provide your image and I'll look into the problem.

The most probable cause might be that you invoked the function using inappropriate parameters. The function allocate a 3D matrix of size [size(im,1)+maxR, size(im,2)+maxR, maxR-minR+1], where minR and maxR are the minimal and maximal radii of circles you want to detect, respectively. You may want to check if the size of your input image or the values of minR and maxR are really huge.

Hello,

I'm a student from Mexico City. I reviewed your paper "Digital Wateramrking Robust to Geometric Distortions, because I tried to implement the part of normalization. But when I used your code and it's not possible to apply in an imagen of type double [0 1].
I use : im2double to convert my imagen to double, but in your code only use double.

I don't understand very well why I can't use im2double.
It is possible that you clarify this part to me?

Also I tried to replicated your algorithm using another transformation.

I have another normalization algorithm but the original size image change. For example, if I have an image [512x512], after apply normalization the size is [400x400]. In this case I can use im2double coversion.
