Wind directions are inverted.
If the vector D represents all values of wind directions COMING FROM (BLOWING FROM), rewrite line #147 as follows:

D=mod(90-D,360);

There is a problem when you want to print the graphic. The
background color (facecolor) is set in black and cannot be changed.

In order to fix it, write at the end of the code:

set(gcf,'color','w');
set(gca,'color','w');

I've run the program with "Matlab R2008a" but I've received the next error message:

 ?? Input argument "poly" is undefined.
    Error in ==> odegalerkin at 54
    alpha=poly(1);

   I think the problem is with the poly function. Do you have this poly function or this is the same function from the matlab library ?

   Also please check the email because I sent you some questions/proposal regarding this method.

if you are using later versions (R14 or above), please edit isachart.m file in line #5. instead of chart; write genchart;
then rename the chart.m file by genchart.m
