Oh, I forgot to add that you'll need to edit the bat file for the Program Files path for the PATH and INCLUDE directories if you have your MATLAB installed in the standard place instead of "Programme". You'll also have to change them to match your version. Just a heads up.

Great, these instructions worked perfectly for compiling my C99 source (without changing from the version using gcc4) under 64bit Windows.
