We are working on an integration of this script inside the SimPowerSystems toolbox (a new command like the "power_lineparam" one).
More background information will be available inside the Mathlab help when this tool will be available.

I was surprised. Usually when I see something like this appear on the file exchange, my expectation is it will be poorly done. My rating here is a 4, despite the lack of units on the variables.
Yes, it is a script file, all in French, so the set of people who will find this useful is perhaps limited.
I found a line of comment for every single line of code. Bravo! If you will teach someone, this is a grand way to do so. The variable names are short, but reasonably mnemonic.
What could the author have improved? I'd have suggested more comments up front to explain what is being done, as well as some more background. Another thing of importance is that while all the variables are described, there were no units shown. A student would find that information of crucial importance.
Finally, while the script is readable, I'd suggest the author learn about the publish command in Matlab. This is a good way to work with such scripts.
