I am working on the analysis of protein arrays and I have developed software for HTS assay development for the pharmaceutical industry in Europe and the USA.

Furthermore, I have experience in the analysis of array based clinical trial data and handling large data sets. I am a specialist in data normalization and the multidimensional data analysis> I have worked on the discovery of biomarkers. I have developed software packages using support vector machine learning and wrapper algorithms for the discovery of biomarker pattern and prediction of sensitivity and specificity of biomarkers as diagnostics.



Currently, I am looking for a new job due to the credit crunch and I spent some of my time to learn more about Matlab.

Please don’t hesitate to try it again, or have a look at the Mandel121 program which executes faster and allows you more option for manipulating the Mandelbrot set. Kind regards Jens
29 Oct 2008	Fractal Explorer The whole Chaos in a single program. Author: Laurent Cavin	Laurent, I am sorry to say that the program does not run on my Matlab version. I think the GUI is to big for my screen and I can not move/drag the GUI to get it work. Kind regards Jens
