Personal Profile:: Hello there, I am working on project License(Cars) Plate detection In image .I had used Hough Transform to detect the Lines in binary image.Now I want to extract the plate between the two lines.please Suggest.

Author: Diego Orlando Barragan Guerrero	It works great.But for images with dots or small patches the result is ambiguous.If the code can eliminate this problem,(not recognizing non characters) it will be a good algorithm for character recognition.
