Sandip Vijay (snvijdpt@iitr.ernet.in) received B.Sc. (Engg.) M.Tech. (Electronics & Comm. Engg.), the member of IEEE(USA), NSBE (USA), IANEG(USA), ISOC (USA),LMISTE (INDIA) has published over Fifty research papers and supervised more than 30 projects/dissertation of M.Tech. & B.Tech. Students. He has successfully completed major research projects independently by VSI & DA-IICT, Gandhi Nagar, in the field of VLSI Design. His many research papers have been awarded by National and International Conferences. Presently he is Doctoral Candidate at I.I.T. Roorkee in the field of Wireless Computing under Ministry of HRD, Government of India fellowship. He is the active reviewer of IEEE Sensor Journal. Currently, he is member of technical committee ACM CS conferences of ICAIT 2008 & 2009, Shenzhen, China. He is going to deliver invited talk on Cluster Based Routing Algorithms, Applications, and Issues during 7-9 July 2009, XI'AN " CHINA.
