Who can tell me, in the book "Understanding Delta-Sigma Data Converters ", in page 265,

1. spec = fft(v)/(Nfft*(nLev-1)/2),
why (nLev-1)/2 should be counted in to the spectrum computation?

2. Sqq = 4 * (evalTF(H,exp(2*pi*f))/(nLev-1)).^2/3,
why does 4/3 mean in this equation?
