Author: Jeny Rajan	Dear Jenny rajan, here in my case first i need to read an image from the expm then need to normalize the concentrations in the chamber from 1 to 0, 1 for brighter image and 0 for dark they are black and white and to compute the standard deviation along some lines perpendicular to the chamber axis to see the mixing in that chamber. how to write a program to calculate this. Your feed back will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
