I haven't used subversion before, so this might be an easy question for you. I just installed subversion and your script and it seems to work fine. But I get a "some_file is not a working copy" message if I want to check in some_file. What am I doing wrong?
To be honest, I am not quite sure what this function is supposed to do different from this statement:
OutPatternMatrix = spones(InPattern).*InMatrix;
Your function help doesn't help much to clarify.
Moreover, your function returns an error for following example:
>> InPattern = sprand(5,5,0.4);
>> InMatrix = sprand(5,5,0.4);
>> OutPatternMatrix = sppattern(InPattern,InMatrix)
??? Error using ==> sparse
Vectors must be the same lengths.
Error in ==> sppattern at 30
OutPatternMatrix = sparse(iP,jP,sT,m,n);
Hi everyone. Thanks for the comments/feedback. I have updated the function with fixes and new features:
* It now correctly handles the labels for small matrices with labels.
* There are two options minColorLevel and maxColorLevel that allow you to specify how the data range maps to the color range. This is useful when comparing heatmaps and ensuring the same color-data mapping between heatmaps
* There is now a nanColor option that allows you to specify a special color for missing data elements.

Exports figures nicely to a number of vector & bitmap formats.
First of all: many thanks for an amazing tool and all the work you have put in it. It is very much appreciated.
I do have, however, a small question:
I'm trying to export a plot of a uniform distribution between, say, a and b, to the .png format. This obviously means that the function is zero for values lower than a and higher than b. In that case, the function gets overlapped by the axis and is therefore not visible in the exported .png. It is in the MatLab figure. Am I missing something or is there a fix for this? Thanks in advance
