Sorry if the program was not up to par, I am working on another version, where color overlap is enabled, and I recieved other feedback about the clear all close all command, which I will not be adding to any future programs. I am also working on the interface and the program in general. I typically try to write programs as simple solutions to issues I have day to day in my lab, and I upload to provide some help to other novice programmers. Thanks for your feedback, I am new to matlab central and I am trying to learn and develop my skill to be a better programmer, though I admit I am still novice!

Any other techincal suggestions/critiques are certainly appreciated- thanks for your time and reviews-

26 Apr 2010 overlap 2.0 this is an overlap program with a gui Author: dan gould D'Errico, John

You are kidding, right?

Where to start? This is a script that clears everything you are/WERE doing.

It has no useful help in it. Ho H1 line. No error checking. It does have a poor, ok, terrible user interface.

I'm not sure that the author actually understands what it is they are doing anyway, since the code and the meager explanation are inconsistent with each other.

This code actually takes two grayscale images, puts one into the red channel of a color image, the second into the green channel of the result. So while the author claims that this works for color images, he is wrong. It will fail as written.

27 Mar 2010 Overlap_program Allows you to overlap two images of different thresholds and thus compare thresholded to original. Author: dan gould Campbell, Rob

Please don't take this the wrong way: this submission is useless to everybody but the author. All it does is insert one image into tmp(:,:,1) and another into tmp(:,:,2) then save tmp.

There are no help lines or comments. It attempts to load images which are not provided. It is a script not a function; certainly not a "tool" of any sort. It hard-codes image sizes. It pre-allocates space it doesn't use. Etc, etc.
