In the previous version (DIPVelocimetry ver 1.0/ http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/27565) we did the microPIV without allowing the user to perform overlapping ROI. In this version, we now upgrade the algorithm to allow such a thing, with denser spacings of the velocity vectors, as the result of the overlapped ROI.
