@dharshini What type of images r u working on. The value of parameters vary depending on image types. u can find the algorithm in the paper i have listed. Also if u r working with low resolution images u need a different way to calculate curvature. see the following link:

It looks like you are using too high a value for parameters that's why it is giving a an empty array at line 219.
