Edward BelcherPrincipal Engineer (Retired) Applied Physics Laboratory, University of Washington 1976-2003
Sound Metrics manufactures and sells very high resolution imaging sonars used for underwater inspection for military and commercial ventures as well as studying underwater habitat and its inhabitants in clear and turbid water. At the University and Sound Metrics I used MATLAB for simulation, development, and testing of our instrumentation. In retirement I use MATLAB for data analysis and demonstrations in schools.
