Added screenshot on here and images with their output images in the zipped file for all those people who are trying hard without actually knowing anything about how the contrast of images works, though I thought it is a straight-forward thing. Also added another version of contrast controller that works through another algorithm. Hope this helps out guys, cheers!

Regarding the Tools, I thought to put more menus under it, so it's like that. And I modified some codes to make them more ideal.

It's all about working on NTSC level to adjust the luminance and chrominance, and then doing contrast stretching.
Refer to my other codes, maybe that will help you. Cheers !!
