Correction of bugs in GSSpcRead and GSSpcWrite:

• GSSpcRead and GSSpcWrite now correctly interprete flags in SPC-header of SPC-spectrum, and hence should work on most (if not all) single-spectrum SPC-files

Correction of bug in GSSpcWrite:

• GSSpcWrite now correctly determines whether data are evenly spaced (due to CPU-precision, 0 is not 0 but a small value less than 1 . 10^-8; this didn't have a serious impact on the net result)

GSSpcRead:

• Support for old SPC-file format
• Fixed small bugs in the reading process of the headers
• fixed bug in the Y-value scaling

GSSpcWrite:

• support for saving custom information (comment, instrument, ...) on the spectra
• logtxt parameter now supports a cellstring array

@BTree:

• Fixed bug which could, in some occasions, lead to the presence of two times the same item in the binary tree.
• Addition of rudimentary plot function for viewing the content of the binary tree
