Easily share data from a Simulink model with other applications using Data Distribution Service

There appears to be no DDS Blockset available for download! Is it part of the RTI toolset or is it supplied as part of the vanilla Matlab/Simulink download?

DDS (Data Distribution Service) is the leading data-centric publish/subscribe (DCPS) messaging standard for integrating distributed real-time applications. DDS is the only open standard for messaging that supports the unique needs of both enterprise and real-time systems. Its open interfaces and advanced integration capabilities slash costs across a system’s lifecycle, from initial development and integration through on-going maintenance and upgrades.
The DDS Blockset for Simulink allows you to leverage the benefits of DDS inside a Simulink model. You can easily share data between a Simulink Model and other applications written in C, C++, Java, C#/.Net and Ada. See the video embedded in the link for a demo!
