Hello,

Two requests related to the Matlab GUI function:

1. The background colour of the push button does not
reflect what is entered in the Property for the object. I
remember that the answer was given here some years ago, but
I've forgotten - something to do with system default colour?

2. I would like to add subscript and superscript text to
text boxes in the GUI but the standard method does not seem
to work, e.g. {\^3} or {^3}
