Imline command, how to disable the drag&resize abilities of this function?

Hi all,

I want to draw a line on an image. I found that Image processing tool
box supports "imline" function which might be what I need. The
problem is that this function also allows the user to drag, resize,
or change the color of the line while I don't want him to do that.
Would anybody tell me how to disable the drag & resize abilities of
"imline"?
