      <title>fprintf standard error not working</title>

      <description>I used fprintf(2,... to generate a red message to the screen&lt;br&gt;
of someone else's computer but it didn't work. It always&lt;br&gt;
works fine on my computer. Error messages on that computer&lt;br&gt;
are red so that is not the problem. Does anyone know what&lt;br&gt;
could be the problem? This is not in any way in important&lt;br&gt;
question but I am curious. </description>
