ways to extract list of functions and its hierarchy

Hi all,
Having written a GUI matlab script with 20-30 child
functions, I would like to include a brief summary of the
code in a report, with the functional hierarchy, and
possibly a brief summary of each function written
(header/doc, no. of lines etc).

Is there any nice way to generate this kind of report? The
Matlab Report Generator doesn't seems to do this type of
report, or does it?
