please can you provide more specific details. what do you mean by 'rotate the plot'? rotate the data within the plot? or rotate an image of the plot?&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
also, it is not clear how you want your concatenated plots. two lines on one plot? or the second set of data to follow the first set in one line?</description>

1. Have you tried using the 'rotate 3d' icon in the figure from the figure toolbar. if the toolbar is not there turn it on from the view menu in the figure.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
2. You can have multiple y axes on one plot - try plotyy, or if you need more than 2 try plotyyy from the file exchange. </description>
