I want to rotate the plot by 180 degrees in one case and to concatenate 2 plots in other case.

please can you provide more specific details. what do you mean by 'rotate the plot'? rotate the data within the plot? or rotate an image of the plot?

also, it is not clear how you want your concatenated plots. two lines on one plot? or the second set of data to follow the first set in one line?

1.I want to rotate an image of the plot.
2.I want to display 2 plots with different scales on the same plotting window.Can we adjust the scales accordingly and plot them for comparison in one single plot.

1. Have you tried using the 'rotate 3d' icon in the figure from the figure toolbar. if the toolbar is not there turn it on from the view menu in the figure.

2. You can have multiple y axes on one plot - try plotyy, or if you need more than 2 try plotyyy from the file exchange.
