      <description>Hello everyone;&lt;br&gt;
lets say we have a function&lt;br&gt;
syms x&lt;br&gt;
f=3*(x^2)+3*x+2&lt;br&gt;
and you dont want to define the function using inline how do you find the function at a certain value for example:f(3)&lt;br&gt;

I don't have MATLAB available right now, but are you &lt;br&gt;
thinking about anonymous functions (using the @ sign)?</description>
