Hi Xu,&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
h = fdesign.pulseshaping(10,'Raised Cosine','Nsym,Beta',10,0.5); % just an example &lt;br&gt;
% 10 samples per symbol and 10 symbols, total impulse response length here&lt;br&gt;
% is 101. Rolloff factor is 0.5&lt;br&gt;
Hd = design(h); % design the filter (window method)&lt;br&gt;
fvtool(Hd,'analysis','impulse') % view the impulse response&lt;br&gt;
ImpResponse = Hd.Numerator; % get impulse response&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
