      <description>Hi &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
when I create a new simulink model , (Ctrl+N) or File -&amp;gt;New, I can?t drag and drop the blocks because the new Model (Window) cann?t stay in frontoff......&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Any Idea ?&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
