my medical images have a resolution of 0.5 x 0.5 x 1.25 mm, and I want to construct a 3D binary matrix of some lesions' segmentation, considering this anisotropy. How could I rescale or reshape my 3D image in order to take in accound these anisotropic voxels for calculating the volume, for example?<br>

Please, I need an answer. I need to take account of the resolution of my MR images in the binary matrix I construct, because if not, the obtained measures are wrong. I have tried with resize each axial slice (resize (img,0.4)) but there is missing information in pixels.<br>
