I sincerely hope that there are no negative-weight objects in the
actual contest suite. If so, the flavor of the problem changes
drastically. The solutions will not only have to have the correct
final position, but will also have to have a component which wiggles
one of the negative-weight objects as many times as possible in the
time alloted, to minimize the work units.
