It always puzzles me why two FEX download counts different:
the nominal one is used for author ranking and another can
be calculated by adding individual file downloads together.
See discussion on file ID = 18422 page. I can understand
the possitive difference, i.e. the former larger than the
latter because some submissions may have been deleted but
are still included in the nominal counts. What I do not
understand is the negative difference, i.e. for quite a
number of authors, whos nominal counts are less than the
sum of individual file download counts. The difference
could be as large as a few thousands and even increasing
for some authors. Anyone can give an explaination?

Another question is about notification of new reviews.
Seems I have not received such notification for a quite
long time, so that I have to check new reviews manually and
regularly. Anoone has the similar problem?
