I did a quick check of my own files. It appears that
between 20% and 50% of the reviews disappeared. 

One file lost 15 out of 44 reviews. Another lost 5
out of 9 reviews. Almost every one of the 47 files
I've put on the FEX lost at least few of the reviews
it had received.

My guess is that only reviews by individuals who
have a matlab central account were retained.
