I don't think this is the case because I'm registered and a comment of mine was lost on someone else's file (it was a long comment, and a shorter one from me in the same list was saved), and also because there are plenty of reviews remaining which are most likely by unregistered users (e.g. fake name/email). 

My guess is that long comments or comments with a carriage return have been lost.

Can we get them back, MathWorks?
