If you haven't figured it out yet, nobody on this newsgroup is going
to send you a reply along the lines of "Here's an m-file that does the
watermarking, go have fun with it!"

Read about Stirmark watermarking, read about writing functions in
Matlab (in case you're a Matlab newbie) and then post questions about
specific problems you're having. Post some sample code to show what
you're doing and you'll find this newsgroup to be amazingly helpful.
