I sent Professor Storey an FYI with a link to the thread, in case he's 
teaching a class that's using that set of notes.  [The notes page indicates 
that PDF file was last updated in 2002, and at first glance the pages for 
his Fall 2008 courses don't seem to mention this document, but you never 
know.]
