I solved my problem using "polar(th,p*)" where th is the angle and p* is the value of pressure (Pressure coefficient actually) plus the cylinder radius. I didn't find the polar function because I looked for "cylindrical" instead of "polar" inside the help.

I have to make just 2-D plots for every value of a z coordinate along the cylinder axis.
