Hi, I have a batch of 300 2D Images of a CT scan(dicom), and would like to know how to upload them all into matlab and reconstruct it for 3D. Could anyone help me please. I have tried a series of algorithms for dicom, but my dicom doesnt have an extension name such as dcm or tiff or anything of sort....
Thank you
