Microsoft visual studio has Ctrl +/- feature.

They do not have ribbon, just the old but well organized menus and a toolbar where the most useful commands needed by the developer can be accessible in a SINGLE click.

Different contexts are accessible by vertical tab, so that the big screen is used to see code and not menus.

The help has table of contents, index table, search feature, examples, and cross links of related topics.
TMW needs to hide someone who really know what is an interface design.
