I want to segment images based on dominant colors using CLUT(25
perceptual colors) and then want to find the enclosing minimum
bounding rectangle (MBR) of the region.

Give MATALAB code.

Here Here, its bad enough when these lazy blighters ask us to do
their work for them, but demanding it, takes the level of impudence
to a totally new level.

English may not be your first language so I will correct what you
ment to say in your first paragraph: -

"I want YOU to segment images based on dominant colors using CLUT(25
perceptual colors)" - well I have got news for you, I don't want to,
and my guess is that very few of us do either.
