Hi sir/madam
 anybody having a code to compute the pseudo wigner ville
distribution for images
 or any document to implement the pwvd for images and further
segement the homogenity of texture images
 I got some of paper, could't found much implementation details
pls help in this regard

Hi. I suggest you to contact the group of Signal Processing of the Ecole
Normale Supérieure de Lyon (www.ens-lyon.fr); they have been working on
this subject for a long time.
