Hi All,
I am developing an application using GUIDE, and when I run the application from it (using the run icon) things work fine. If i try to run the application in another way, by double clicking on the .fig file , the application runs, but when there is a callback, the handles structure is empty (when I run the application from GUIDE the handles structure has all the handles).
Does anyone have any idea?

thanks
Yoav

The GUI consists of two files, a .fig and a .m. The .fig only stores the appearance of the gui, the .m stores the functionality. So when you double click the .fig you get the figure, but no functionality. You need to run the .m file instead.
