I would like to set my preferences for "Stop if
errors/warnings for all files" and save/persist those
settings. Currently, when I set these options once they are
lost when I start Matlab next time. How do I preserve my
settings? Thanks

Search the help documentation for STARTUP. You can set whatever
options you want in this M file.

Thank you. Can I have a startup.m file for each individual
project? (I thought I remembered seeing something about
startup.m files in various project locations, but now I
don't find anything on this in the help.)
