Before you even begin to think about neural nets, you have to
pay attention to your data matrices. That's why I recommended
the commands

[NVarin Ncases]=size(P)
[NVarout Ncases]=size(T)

as a check.

If they don't correctly give the number of input variables,
the number of output variables, and the number of observations
(cases) then you need to modify your matrices.
