I am a new user of Matlab and want to do mutlivariate
analysis of spectral data. Could anyone direct me to some
resources for downloading script files for PCA and PLS 1
and 2 analysis?

I have the same problem with Matlab. could you find any
soloution?

we could be get in tuch. of course there is a software
called GRAMS/PLSplus to do this but I do not have this and
I also work with matlab.
If you find any thing in this respect please let me know,

You might want to take a look at PLS_Toolbox (Matlab toolbox
and stand-alone products) from Eigenvector (full disclosure:
I am an employee). It does everything GRAMS/PLSIQ does and
MUCH more.
