I'm having some trouble with the numerical accuracy/stability of calculations for
a mex-file running Mac OSX on Intel.

When compiled on PPC everything is fine (I've compiled with g77, g95, and
gfortran on both PPC and Intel ... same results in each case).

I've decided to look at lapack libraries for the PPC and Intel based Matlab's for
OS X.

I'd like to compile a mex-file using a lapack/blas library outside of Matlab.
Specifically, I'd like to try Atlas and Apple's "-Framework accelerate".

How may I build a mex-file that links to a lapack library outside of Matlab?
